The food was flavorful and freshly prepared—every dish was cooked to perfection, especially the crispy pata and halo-halo which are absolute must-tries. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. "Food is 10/10. Fast service. The expectation was met, food was served within 20-30mins. However, they didn't have any fruit shake & juices available. The only desert available was leche flan & Halo-Halo. They also don't serve SOLO Halo-Halo, only the Regular serving. Compared to other Kuya J branches, they lack other viands such as the Danggit rice was not available too. Overall, the crispy pakbet was perfect. As well as the Quarter Leg Roasted chicken & Baked oyster. Garlic rice was also a perfect match. Would still recommend 4/5."

"First timer at Kuya J but we did not expect the satisfaction that we had from our orders. The beef caldereta and fried chicken was so good but what surprised us the most is the Halo Halo. It was our main focus while eating. The best Halo Halo we had. We will sure come back for more."

The servers assisted us from time to time and the food came out earlier than expected! The staffs were all smiles all throughout the entire dining. Thank you for your great service! "I just want to share our family's experience at Kuya J Restaurant. On September 22 around 1:30 PM, we ordered the Pata Bundle and Pochero Bundle. Our lunch was worth it because the food was delicious, and the serving time was great—they served everything properly. We’ll definitely keep coming back for the food here, especially because of the moreno (tan-skinned) manager who kept checking on us and was very approachable."

"Food quality is top-tier, no complain about it. Our family enjoyed the crispy chicken, spaghetti, mussels, sinigang, crispy pata, and especially the ube halo-halo with leche flan. The service is quite disappointing though. We were advised to get our orders in 20-30 mins but the foods were served after an hour. When we followed up some orders, the staff were quite distracted to the point that they forgot our orders. Take note, we have followed up our orders twice and to different employees. The ambiance, location, and interior of the place is really good and comforting. The area is nice and tidy."

The service was just as memorable. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, even though the restaurant was busy. What made the experience extra special was when they took the time to capture a group photo for us, making sure we had a keepsake from our meal together.
